Heraclitus in Verse: The Poetic Fragments of Scythinus of Teos
Abstract
The two fragments of Scythinus’ poetic version of Heraclitus help to clarify several aspects of the philosopher’s thought that are obscure in his own fragments, especially as pertains to time, χρόνος.
