A Note on the Administration of Lycurgus
Abstract
Plutarch Mor. 841C on Lycurgus’ magistracy can be shown to mean that he acted “in order to anticipate a law being introduced” that would limit tenure of office, which he thus held in 338-334 and 330-326.
